The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the beach within a 30-minute walk. there were nice local amenities nearby, such as a pleasant bar and shop close by.
The staff's lack of English-speaking ability was a major drawback.

Booked for 1 night as we had travelled from Seville to the British Consular office. Passports and all our money had been stolen. This is actually a Youth Hostel which we didn’t realise until we got there. Was met by a most helpful woman on reception who booked us in without the necessary paperwork. Accommodation suited our needs and we also ate a hearty evening meal. Dining room was clean and the food adequate. WiFi was also good. Thank you again for allowing us to stay and trusting that we would return the next day. We are a couple aged 60/61 and don’t know what we would have done without the kind lady on reception. Doubt an upmarket hotel would have checked us in.
Would recommend this hostel.

The breakfast, although basic, was filling, and the grounds of the hotel were particularly nice.

The decoration of the hotel was charming and gave a cozy feeling. The common areas were well-maintained and had comfortable seating, making it easy for senior people to relax and socialize. The hotel was also easily accessible for senior guests, with ramps and handrails throughout the property.
I would have appreciated better assistance from the staff, especially regarding the needs of senior guests. It would have been helpful if the children working there had been more attentive to our specific requirements to ensure a better vacation experience.

As a senior woman, I really appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The common areas were spacious and easy to navigate, making it comfortable for me to move around. The decoration was charming and had a touch of traditional Spanish style, which added to the overall cozy atmosphere of the hotel.
I would have liked to see more assistance provided specifically for senior guests. It would have been helpful if the children working there were trained to offer support and guidance tailored to the needs of older travelers.

I really liked how cozy and welcoming the hotel's common areas were. The decoration had a charming and traditional feel, with comfortable seating and beautiful Spanish artwork on the walls. It was also very accessible for senior people like myself, with ramps and handrails in the hallways and elevators available for easy navigation.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff, especially the younger ones, in guiding me through the city and suggesting activities suitable for senior people.

Hot water in shower and continental breakfast included in room price were good aspects of the stay. The location was also convenient, close to the city center and easily accessible. the room was tidy and the bed was comfortable, allowing for a decent night's sleep.
The check-in process was frustratingly slow, taking around 15 minutes. The hotel itself had a hospital-like atmosphere, making it feel cold and impersonal.
